Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HoldingsIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

HoldingsIntel provides analytics and data visualization of SEC 13F filings — quarterly reports that institutional investment managers with over $100 million in qualifying assets are required to file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

All data displayed on HoldingsIntel is derived from publicly available SEC EDGAR filings. We do not produce proprietary research, investment ratings, or trade recommendations.

HoldingsIntel is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@holdingsintel.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account is for a single individual. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans and Pricing

HoldingsIntel offers the following tiers:

• Free — No charge. Access to basic analytics with limited results (5 rows) and the latest quarter only.
• Pro — $19/month or $190/year. Full analytics suite with 2 years of historical data and up to 1,000 results per query.
• Pro Plus — $49/month or $490/year. Full historical data (7+ years), up to 1,000 results per query, unlimited CSV export, and priority support.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing and terms. Contact enterprise@holdingsintel.com for details.

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price. You will be charged using the payment method on file with Stripe. We will not increase your price during an active billing period without notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page (via the Stripe billing portal). Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
• Your account reverts to the Free tier when the paid period expires.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Because you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period, you are never locked into paying for time you don't use. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact support@holdingsintel.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use HoldingsIntel for personal investment research and education. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the platform (use the data displayed in your browser, not automated tools).
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense bulk data or analytics from HoldingsIntel.
• Present HoldingsIntel analytics as your own proprietary research in a commercial context (e.g., selling a newsletter based on our data without attribution).
• Attempt to bypass subscription tier restrictions, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the platform to manipulate markets, spread false information, or engage in any illegal activity.
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple people to use a single account.

6. Intellectual Property

The underlying SEC 13F filing data is public domain — anyone can access it through SEC EDGAR.

HoldingsIntel's proprietary value lies in our derived analytics, scoring algorithms (including Conviction Score, Double-Down Score, Fund DNA classification), user interface, design, and software. These are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property.

You may share individual data points or screenshots for personal, educational, or editorial purposes with attribution to HoldingsIntel. You may not reproduce the platform or its analytics in whole.

7. Disclaimers

• SEC 13F filings are reported with a 45+ day delay. Holdings shown may not reflect current positions.
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is error-free. SEC filings may contain errors, amendments may cause temporary inconsistencies, and our CUSIP-to-ticker mapping covers approximately 63% of securities.
• Estimated metrics (cost basis, P&L, Conviction Score, Double-Down Score) are based on publicly available data and algorithmic inference. They are approximations, not precise calculations.
• Past holdings of institutional investors do not predict future performance.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HoldingsIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• If you are on the Free tier, our total liability is zero.

You acknowledge that investment decisions carry inherent risk and that HoldingsIntel is an informational tool, not a fiduciary or advisor.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform in ways that could harm other users or the service.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@holdingsintel.com. Upon account closure, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation and account closure are separate actions. Cancel your subscription first (to avoid further charges), then request account deletion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the new terms take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
