When corporate insiders (Form 4) and institutional investors (13F) both buy the same stock in the same quarter, that's alignment. This page shows stocks where both smart money types agree.
The Alignment Score (0-100) combines two independent signals: institutional buying activity from 13F filings (New + Increased positions, conviction-weighted) and insider open-market purchases from Form 4 filings (buyer count and dollar value). Higher scores mean both signals are strong.
How to read: Focus on scores above 60 with 2+ insider buyers and 3+ institutional buyers. Insider buys are the credibility multiplier — insiders risk their own capital and have information advantages.
