Which positions are funds completely abandoning? A full exit means the fund sold every share — a stronger signal than a simple trim.
Not all exits are bearish. Funds exit for many reasons: profit-taking after a run-up, portfolio rebalancing, or a genuine change in thesis. Pay attention to the previous portfolio weight — a fund exiting a 5% position is far more meaningful than dropping a 0.01% holding.
How to read: Sort by previous weight (Was Weight) to find the most significant exits. Large-value exits from well-known funds are the strongest signals to investigate further.
