A term other platforms use for a buy or sell alert, often a single tip with no reasoning attached. HoldingsIntel does not sell tips. We compute the same idea from SEC filings you can verify: a conviction score that measures how much a position matters to the fund holding it, and a per-stock verdict that reads four independent sources together, hedge fund 13F holdings, insider Form 4 buys, activist stakes, and Congressional trades. When those sources agree, the read is stronger and rarer. Every number traces back to the filing behind it, so you see why it exists rather than taking it on faith.
